JOB STATEMENT
This position is responsible for Administration of Mumbai office
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reception Maintenance - Greet Customers, Visitors.
2. Maintain office supplies & Equipment’s.
3. Coordination with vendors for regular service like stationery, tea/coffee, Food, AMC etc.
4. Co-ordinate for staff welfare activities like Monthly Bday celebrations, festive
arrangements, Annual events etc.
5. Meetings and Town Hall, Conference Event Coordination
6. Managing Inward & outward Couriers.
7. Co-ordination with Admin team like Housekeeping, Security guard Staff, BMS team etc.
8. Pan India Hotel Booking, Car hire
9. Travel Management with sound knowledge the Visa Process, Travel desk, Forex etc.
10. Preparation of Invitation Letters for Local & International visitors.
11. Checking & scrutinizing of Invoices related to Admin dept.
12. Support to Safety Initiatives.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
