**Position: BDM (US Sales)**

**Experience Level: 6 to 10 Years.**

**Work Location**:JP Nagar**, **BANGALORE**.

**Work Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM IST.**

**Joining: Immediate**

**Salary Budget: 18 to 22 LPA**

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in the areas of Customized App Development, Enterprise SaaS sales, Oracle managed services, and staff augmentation.
- Generating leads and achieving Annual Revenue of at least USD 500,000.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings and expand professional networks.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and business development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology sector.
- Having experience of Sales deal closure of minimum value of 40-50k USD.
- Having a strong existing database.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Customized App Development, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Oracle managed services, and staff augmentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
