We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our sales team at Sankalp Dream Nest in Bangalore. As the BDM, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our prestigious residential project, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining exceptional customer relations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, establish rapport, and guide them through the home buying process, from initial inquiry to final closure.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed the sales targets for Sankalp Dream Nest project in Bangalore.

2. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

3. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed about the real estate market trends and dynamics.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

5. Showcase the unique selling points of Sankalp Dream Nest project and explain the benefits of investing in our properties to prospective buyers.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns to increase project visibility.

7. Effectively negotiate and finalize property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and legal requirements are met.

8. Provide accurate sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis to the senior management team on a regular basis.

9. Stay updated with the latest industry developments and advancements to offer relevant insights to customers.

10. Work closely with the project development and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience throughout the buying process and after-sales support.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager in the real estate sector, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.

2. In-depth knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market and the ability to understand customer needs and preferences.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients.

4. Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals effectively and professionally.

5. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding targets.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
