We are looking for a Sales Manager, Must have relevant work experience from Security Background.We are Security Services Provider and looking for BDM and Branch Head for South Zone.
- Acting as the P&L head of the branch and ensure smooth branch operation.
- Liaison with the operations and Sales team to enhance operational activities of the branch, soliciting new business and managing existing clients.
- Facilitating in preparing sales plan and working with sales personnel to meet or exceed the annual branch revenue.
- Preparing and presenting a clear and persuasive presentations to customers and negotiating to enhance profitability.
- Meeting with top clients linked with the branch and providing outstanding customer service.
- Representing the branch on meetings, taking care of escalated client concerns, and improving activities such as branch growth, profit, achievement of DSO, and disbandment control.
- Bringing put the best of branch team members by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
