**Purpose of the Role**
- To manage the smooth running of the office to ensure a great experience for all employees.
- To support the CTO in the day-to-day running of the Jaipur office and Dealing with various suppliers in India.

**The Role**
- **This is a full time office based role (5 Days).**:

- Help to create a clubhouse environment which everyone loves to work in, making suggestions for changes and improvements.
- Management of health and safety and security protocols in the Jaipur, Mumbai and Pune office, ensuring Peak is compliant with relevant legislation and best practice.
- Making sure Jaipur Clubhouse is functioning properly and maintaining world class standards in cleaning, facilities, interior and awesome place to work and collaborate.
- Identify and promptly address any health and safety or security concerns.
- Work with company CA to make sure all legal and financial matters are handled on time and handle financial matters, such as invoice payments.
- Work closely with the Chartered Accountant and UK finance team to make sure all finance data entry, data and receipt filing, accounts are done in time and in full.
- Ensure all technology (LeasedLine, Wifi, printers, conferencing equipment) is available and in working order, and that any issues are addressed promptly. Identify and arrange maintenance contracts with local suppliers and communication providers for all technology needs.
- Identify gaps in office infrastructure based on future recruitment plans and company strategy and come up with ideas and plans.
- Plan and budget for all the activities listed and submit them to CTO and CFO quarterly.
- Communicate with all employees on any matters relating to the office environment and in the wider office building, including any changes to protocols, issues which are being addressed and events which are taking place.
- Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy and that all the necessary equipment is available.
- Organising any on/off-site activities and training.
- Support with the onboarding of new employees. Ensure all new joiners find their way around the office and understand the fire and security procedures, and that all the necessary documentation is in place.
- Work closely with the people team so make sure Peak culture is strong at India offices.
- Negotiation and payment of India office admin and other related expenses to third parties.
- Booking Travel for colleagues and arranging events in the office.
- Work closely with the People, Compliance and support team to help in organisation wide initiatives.
- Ensure a clean and tidy office environment at all times.
- Ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with enough drinks and snacks.
- Identify stationary and equipment requirements and place timely orders.

**Required Experience**
- **Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.**:

- Experienced in handling skilled and unskilled workers to make sure the office is in world class condition.
- Trained and proficient in either Microsoft Office, Google suits or similar software
- Organisation and time management skills
- Ability to learn new business softwares
- Nice to have : Experience in hospitality management or interior
