**Responsibilities**:

- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Coordinate with all departments as required.
- Knowledge of Label printing and inventory management.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Report to CEO

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Technology, Business Administration, Agriculture or related field.
- Proven 1-2 years + experience in admin.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Should be smart, learner and techie.
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- The ability to multitask.
- Working knowledge of business management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Inventory management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
