Inside Sales Representative
Experience : 2-3 years
Location: Bangalore
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
