**Job Description**:
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, customer
relationship management, operations, and reporting for our Online Higher Education vertical. Your primary goal will
be to meet assigned sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the
organization.
**Responsibilities**:
New Customer Acquisition:
- Convert leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Develop short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve assigned goals.
- Consistently meet revenue targets aligned with team and organizational objectives.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing customers.
- Leverage the existing customer base to generate references and expand the sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Understand customer requirements and provide insights to improve the product portfolio based on customer
interactions and feedback.
- Manage key accounts and develop new accounts.
- Operations and Reporting:
- Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned courses, ensuring the highest level of customer
satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in B2C sales and inside sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
