Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Einfolge Technologies, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will leverage your communication skills and technical knowledge to understand client needs, promote our products and services, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate Einfolge Technologies' products and services effectively to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology or software sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products and solutions.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Adaptability and resilience to overcome objections and rejection in a sales role.

Pay: ₹12,503.83 - ₹46,648.33 per month
