**Job Summary**:
**Position**: Sales operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales operative to support our sales team and ensure the smooth and efficient execution of sales processes. The Sales operator will play a crucial role in coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Understand the requirements of client and coordinate with operations team ensuring timely delivery

Timely follow ups and conversion into sales.

Manage client accounts generated and assigned.

A self-starter and go-getter who can effectively work within a strong team culture.

Leverage in-place marketing and sales automation platform and tools to be more productive and purposeful in approach.

**Key Skills**:
Communication and Presentation Both Oral and Written

Knowledge of sales process from initiation to closing

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

High degree of integrity and trustworthiness

Drive Factor

Persistent and Self Motivated

Basic Aptitude and problem solving skills

Basic Knowledge of MS Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Qualifications**:
0 - 1 years of experience in Sales( At Least 1 year Inside Sales Experience Preferred)

Graduation (Marketing or Business Administration Preferred)
