Position Sales Operation - Executive: Sales Operation
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: 5+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Location: New Delhi
Reporting to: Sales Operation - Manager Sales Operation
- Conduct thorough reviews of incoming orders to identify and resolve any issues related to credit blocks, pricing discrepancies, and adherence to public business checklists.
- Coordinate with banks for the issuance of Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG) and Bank Guarantees (BG), as well as validate and process documents related to Letters of Credit (LC).
- Review tender documents to validate commercial terms and identify potential risks to the organization; escalate identified risks for further action.
- Manage Sales Management Information Systems (MIS) to generate performance reports, sales reports, and calculate incentives and schemes for the sales team.
- Proactively identify challenges within business operations and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find effective solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of SAP & CRM
- Proven experience in business operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
