**Designtaion - Deputy Manager - Operation & Customer Service**

**Experience - 5 years**

**Location - Pune**

**CTC - 4 to 9 LPA**

About the role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assessment of the metrics of the KRA/KPI
- Scorecard preparation
- Quality checks and control
- Branch visits
- Ops & CS process review
- Training & controllership
- Should be a Graduate, preferably Commerce background
- MBA in Finance preferrable
- Domain knowledge in the Finance sector, preferably in Housing sector
- Intermediate to advance skills in MS Office
- Ability to prepare reports & MIS for management consumption

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
