We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support office operations. Key responsibilities include managing Excel sheets, maintaining office assets, updating the daybook, and handling outdoor office-related tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Excel Sheet Management**: Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
- **Daybook Maintenance**: Record daily activities, appointments, and important events in the office daybook.
- **Office Asset Management**: Track and maintain office supplies and equipment; reorder and manage inventory.
- **Outdoor Tasks**: Perform office-related errands (e.g., deliveries, postal services, and supply pickups).
- **General Support**: Provide administrative assistance with filing, scheduling, and communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capable of handling both in-office and outdoor tasks as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,984.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month
