**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace.

2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

3. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with external vendors.

5. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

6. Handle inquiries and provide information about the company.

7. Process and track invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

8. Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.

9. Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed.

10. Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing company events.

**Qualifications**:
1. A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as an associate's or bachelor's degree, is preferred.

2. Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).

4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

7. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
