**Job Title**: Admin Officer (Field Operations)
**Location**: Ludhiana
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Field Coordination**: Handle daily field operations such as site visits, client meetings, and coordination with vendors.
- **Documentation**: Collect and organize documents, contracts, and reports from various locations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular updates and reports on activities, expenses, and fieldwork.
- **Office Supplies and Inventory**: Ensure that field-based supplies and materials are adequately stocked and distributed.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all field activities are in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role, preferably in a field-based capacity.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and other office software.
- Strong time management skills with an ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage logistics and resolve issues on the go.
- **Other**:
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the local area.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
