Sales Manager

Manage and respond to all walk-in customers, and provide them with all the necessary information about the project.
- Deal with prospective clientele to ensure they convert into business opportunities and manage/coordinate with seniors till the deal is finalised and attained
- Weekly reporting at HO / to seniors,
- Cold call to customers, follow-ups and convert them for site visits.
- Call on the leads provided by the CRM team.
- Manage broker network, updating them on projects and ensuring maximum enquiry generation.
- Ensuring lead generation within the job purview and even identifying opportunities beyond the workplace and sources.
- Identifying new areas of growth and scope in the Real Estate business by making calls and using references from existing clients.
- Maintaining and following Systems & Operating Procedures for Sales and Customer Care Teams for timely collection of dues from existing clients and ensuring proper accounting of the same.
- Preparing Competitors Analysis & MIS Reports & Participating in the development of new project proposals.
- Conducting Market Research to identify Prospective Buyers & understand Buyers Behaviors & Needs.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
