**Job Title:
- **Marketing Associate - Outreach
**Location:
- **Bangalore (WFO)
**Job Summary**: The Outreach Marketing Associate will spearhead corporate outreach initiatives, manage the Alumni Ambassador Program, coordinate influencer marketing efforts, and drive engagement within our community of product and technology professionals. This role requires exceptional communication skills, expertise in digital marketing, and hands-on experience with event planning and execution, including backend logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Outreach Management**:
- Plan, organize, and host Product Talks and Product Management Workshops in corporate settings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
- Coordinate event logistics and promotion.
**Influencer Marketing**:
- Identify and manage alumni influencers.
- Develop strategies to leverage alumni for program promotion.
- Track and analyze influencer activities.
**Community Management**:
- Drive community-building initiatives in the product and technology space.
- Organize events, meetups, and online forums for networking and collaboration.
- Develop content to keep the community engaged.
**Digital Marketing and Event Backend Management**:
- Utilize digital marketing tools to promote events.
- Manage event backend work, including technical setups and data management.
- Analyze event data for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in event management, corporate outreach, community management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing communities.
- Proven experience in hosting events.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Hands-on experience managing event operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for networking.
- Creative thinker with innovative outreach strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
