**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Inside Sales Associate to join our high-energy team. This role is crucial for driving our lead generation efforts and expanding our client base. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, and contributing to our overall growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to address their hiring challenges.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive opportunities through the sales process to successful closure.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our AI-driven talent solutions and effectively communicate their benefits and value propositions to potential clients.
- **Sales Strategies**: Collaborate with the sales team to refine and execute sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize our CRM system to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market feedback to the sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in the HR technology or talent solutions industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
