We are hiring for a Bangalore-based tech company developing drone software solutions for the Mining, Solar, and Powerline industries. We are looking for an experienced **B2B Sales Partner** to, driving large-scale deals worth several lakhs to crores with leading enterprises in the mining, solar, and electrical sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the Mining, Solar, and Powerline sectors.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Industry Expertise**:

- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Mining, Solar, and Powerline industries to identify business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and provide market insights to influence product development.
- **Deal Closure**:

- Lead high-value deal negotiations and close contracts worth several lakhs to crores.
- Ensure alignment with client needs and deliver tailored solutions to maximize client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within Mining, Solar, or Powerline industries.
- **Education**: Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech) is mandatory.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven track record of closing large deals with enterprise clients like Adani, Vedanta, L&T, Tata Steel, etc.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with drone software or technology solutions is highly desirable.
- **Industry Network**: Strong network within the Mining, Solar, and Powerline sectors

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in selling SaaS or technology solutions.
