**Responsibilities**:
**Database Management**:

- Maintain and manage the staff database, ensuring timely creation, updates, and

data maintenance
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms
- Generate regular reports and insights from the database for management

review

**Employee Management and Experience**:

- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience

for all employees
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely

and accurate information
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and

culture-building activities

**Backend Documents and Contracts Management**:

- Create, manage and organize all backend documents, including contracts,

policies, and employee records
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, compliant with relevant laws and

regulations, and easily accessible
- Coordinate with legal and other departments to maintain accurate records

**Profile Requisites**:

- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of

accuracy and mínimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey

information clearly and concisely
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field is preferred
- Previous experience in HR or a similar administrative role is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must, and

experience with HR databases or systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Passionate about working with and for youth from low socio-economic

backgrounds to bring about positive change
- Willingness to travel within/across cities as needed

**About the Organization**:
Since 2013, **Antarang Foundation** has been one of the leading voices in bringing

employability and career development into the mainstream education narrative. We

believe that education which does not lead to social and economic progress is

incomplete - and hence employability and aspirational careers need to be accessible to

all young adults across the socioeconomic spectrum.

**Antarang Foundation** builds key employability skills in disadvantaged youth in urban

low-income settlements. Through two structured programs, Antarang guides students

on career choice, trains them in core employability skills, and connects them to

employment opportunities of their choice.
