**Job Title**: Receptionist/Office Assistant
**Location**: Science City Road Sola Ahmedabad
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greet and welcome visitors**: Ensure all clients and visitors are greeted warmly and directed appropriately.
- **Answer and direct phone calls**: Manage incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- **Schedule appointments**: Coordinate and schedule client meetings, travel consultations, and conference calls.
- **Assist with travel arrangements**: Support travel agents with booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
- **Maintain office supplies**: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- **Assist with administrative tasks**: Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- **Support office staff**: Provide general support to office staff and management as needed.
- **Maintain a clean and organized reception area**: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
**Qualifications**:
- **High school diploma or equivalent**: Additional qualifications in office administration or travel services are a plus.
- **Proven experience**: Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant, preferably in a travel agency, is preferred.
- **Excellent communication skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational skills**: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Proficiency in MS Office**: Familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, travel booking systems).
- **Customer service orientation**: Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
