Job Title**:Office Assistant**
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Accountant to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in accounting, particularly M.Com last year’s or graduated with little to no professional experience.
**Office Assistant may occasionally be required to cover the reception area when the receptionist is on leave.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Office Assistant**:
- Accurately record and maintain records of all purchase transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records regularly.
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for financial documents.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Scan relevant financial documents for record-keeping.
- Enter journal vouchers accurately into the accounting system.
- Maintain and organize financial documents for easy retrieval.
- Possess knowledge and familiarity with Tally and SAP software.
**Working Profile at Receptionist area**
- Accurately entering sales orders into the SAP system.
- Preparing Daily Sales Report.
- Maintenance of courier inward and outward data.
- Handles incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Greets and assists guests, vendors and visitors to the company premises.
**Qualifications**:
B.Com or M.Com in Accounting or related field.
**Experience**:
0-1 year of professional experience in accounting is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
