**General Administration**:
Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations.

Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

**Student Affairs**:
Coordinating student admissions and enrollment processes.

Assisting with student registration and maintaining student records.

Handling student inquiries and concerns.

**Event Coordination**:
Organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.

Collaborating with various departments to ensure the success of institutional events as per the

requirement.

**Facility Management**:
Supervising the maintenance of buildings and facilities in coordination with House Keeping and Maintenance Dept.

Coordinating with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements.

Ensuring a safe and conducive environment for students and staff.

**Compliance and Documentation**:
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

Maintaining and updating institutional documentation.

Handling record-keeping and document management.

**Communication and Liaison**:
Serving as a liaison between different departments and management.

Communicating institutional policies and procedures to staff and students.

Handling external communications with parents, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

**Crisis Management**:
Assisting in developing and implementing emergency response plans.

Transport Management:
Ensuring that the transport operations are smooth

Understanding Parent queries and coordinating with the Supervisor and Incharge with regards to the Bus routes.

Random / Surprise checks to be conducted, daily, weekly and monthly checklists to be reviewed.

Address all Driver and Conductor issues in coordination with Supervisors and Incharges

**Policy Development and Implementation**:
Assisting in the development and implementation of institutional policies.

Ensuring staff awareness and compliance with policies.

All Depts. Audits to be conducted and to be presented to Management in review meetings.

**Experience**:
