Ayurmegha Restoration Center offers a range of Ayurvedic treatments and wellness services aimed at restoring balance and promoting holistic health. We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Front Office Management**: Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the front desk, maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- **Customer Handling**: Greet clients, assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide relevant information about our services.
- **Payment Handling**: Manage cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of payments.
- **Registers Maintenance**: Keep detailed records of daily operations, appointments, and transactions, ensuring registers are updated and well-organized.
- **Leads Management**: Track and follow up on potential client leads, ensuring timely communication and data entry into the system.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and answering phone calls.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with ease.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with handling cash and card payments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
