premium property solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relations Coordinator.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients post payment of booking amount. Provide timely updates on the progress of property transactions.
- Agreement Management: Facilitate the agreement process between clients and relevant stakeholders. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Property Registration: Coordinate and oversee the property registration process. Liaise with legal and administrative teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Query Handling: Address client queries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate client records on the CRM system. Ensure all client interactions and transactions are documented for future reference.
- Client Satisfaction: Proactively gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement. Work towards enhancing overall client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, legal, and administrative teams to streamline processes. Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and improve overall client experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with property transactions and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
