We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our agency and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery. You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving successful digital marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase business.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to campaign execution and reporting.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, development, SEO, PPC, etc.) to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and client data.
- Contribute to the development of campaign proposals and presentations.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Effectively communicate client requirements to internal teams.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure project deadlines are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
