**Job Title**: Area Relationship Executive
**Location**: (Kukatpally, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur) Hyderabad
**Job Summary**:
The Area Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with clients and partners within a designated geographic area. This role involves driving business development, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting the company’s services to achieve growth targets in the area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the designated area.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and provide updates on services.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the area.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence and market share.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- **Sales and Performance**:
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and client feedback to adapt strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on objectives and share insights on market trends.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the area.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and client feedback to support business strategy.
- **Reporting and Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on area performance, including sales figures, client feedback, and business development progress.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as sales, account management, or business development.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bike with driving license is mandatory.
