PAD Integrated Marketing & Communications is a dynamic agency that specializes in delivering creative and innovative solutions for our diverse portfolio of clients. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for building client relationships, and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Must Have Skills:
- Client Relationship Management: Proven experience managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and provide strategic direction in line with client objectives.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategies and how marketing initiatives drive business success.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies clearly.
- Project and Time Management: Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for contracts, proposals, and pricing discussions.
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Ability to identify and act on opportunities to increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Leadership & Managerial Skills: Experience in leading teams and managing client-facing projects.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Brief Writing & Understanding: Competency in writing clear and concise project briefs for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management, must have at least 2 years of exp in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Location - Hyderabad.
