Teller/customer Service

**Responsibilities**:
Communication: Make outbound calls to potential clients including lorry owners, seekers, agents, and drivers to collect necessary details.
CRM Management: Enter and update information accurately in the CRM system.
Coordination: Arrange loads for lorries and find vehicles to match available loads.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address queries effectively.
**Requirements**:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in, Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Education: Must be a graduate.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience Preferred: Previous tele calling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Other Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpacked environment.
