Service Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Senior Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of service activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients or customers. This role involves managing a team of service representatives, handling escalated issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor a team of service representatives.
- Assign tasks and monitor workload to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Service Coordination:
- Coordinate service activities, including scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and allocating resources.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution within established service level agreements.
- Prioritize and escalate issues as needed to meet customer expectations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline service delivery processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement new tools or technologies to enhance service quality and productivity.
- Analyze service metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including customer interactions and resolutions.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
