**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting Sales & Marketing Manager**:Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, sales materials, and marketing collaterals as needed.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team, production department, and other relevant stakeholders.
- **Quotation Preparation**: Prepare accurate and timely quotations in response to client inquiries, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and terms.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to gather necessary information for preparing quotations.
- **Client Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference.
- **Follow-up for Sales Lead/Orders**:Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales and achieve sales targets.
- Track and monitor the status of sales leads and orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues.
- **Sales Reports/Weekly Reports/Monthly Report**:Compile data on sales activities, including leads generated, conversions, revenue, and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- **MIS Reporting**: Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Analyze sales data and present findings to management to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles, preferably in the garment industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing quotations and reports.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
