Executive Secretary provides essential support to our Country President and senior officials. She/he plays a crucial role in organizing and maintaining the CP’s schedule, as well as performing various administrative tasks.

An Executive Secretary must possess exceptional time-management and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Executive Secretary’s primary objective will be to enhance the overall efficiency of our business by ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all assigned administrative tasks.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintaining Country President’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, meetings etc.
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Country President and/or other assigned country leadership team members.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the leadership team. Manages logistics of visit of above market visitors. Partner with facilities and other teams to arrange for their accommodations, travel, meeting rooms, floor walks etc.
- Schedules meetings on behalf of Country President, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of CLT, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software.
