**Summary**:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive at our leading garment manufacturing company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales and marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by promoting and selling our high-quality clothing to potential clients. With your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with customers and expanding our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales acumen and creative marketing strategies to contribute to the company's success.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the fashion retail industry to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our clothing.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a positive brand image is conveyed to customers at all times.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance data.
Prepare regular sales reports and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the garment or fashion industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals successfully.
Creative thinking and innovative approach to marketing strategies.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with fashion retail trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
