Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our company's services, including exhibitions, conferences, and events.
2. Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and calling, E-mail, Social Media etc to generate leads and expand our client base.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
5. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and establish new connections within the industry.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content, to support marketing campaigns.
8. Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
9. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure successful execution of projects and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing or business development roles, preferably within the exhibition, events, or related industry.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
4. Excellent networking abilities with a proactive approach to generating new business leads.
5. Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and drive.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
8. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
