**Job Title: Marketing/Sales Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Leads**:

- Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- **Sales and Account Management**:

- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products/services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for business growth.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1 year of Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
- **Negotiation Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- **Adaptability**:

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- **Tech Savvy**:

- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- **Initiative**:

- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
