**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Credit Card Sales

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Promotion**: Actively promote and educate customers on the benefits and features of the credit cards offered by the company.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and cold-calling.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with potential customers in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels to understand their needs and offer appropriate credit card products.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity and provide daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements when handling customer information.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in credit card or financial products.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with credit card products or financial services is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
