**Job Overview**:
As an IT Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate sales opportunities in the IT sector. This role involves promoting and selling IT products, services, and solutions to businesses, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and helping clients adopt cutting-edge technologies to enhance their business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
- **Product & Service Promotion**:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of IT products and services (e.g., software, cloud solutions, IT services etc.).
- Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops when needed.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and explore additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Serve as the main point of contact for post-sale client concerns, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing any issues.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to final contract signing and payment collection.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Research the market to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer demands to help shape the company’s offerings.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT solutions.
- Provide clear and detailed customer requirements to the technical team for solution development and deployment.
**Key Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales or related sales roles.
- Experience in selling technology solutions (e.g., cloud, software).
- **Sales Skills**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to prospect, develop leads, and build a client base.
- **Technical Knowledge**:
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with technologies like SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or managed IT services.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose solutions effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address client concerns or obstacles.
- **Time Management & Organization**:
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- **Tech-Savvy**:
- Proficient in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools related to sales and IT.
**Performance Metrics**:
- Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Client retention rate and customer satisfaction levels.
- Revenue growth from new and existing clients.
**Working Conditions**:
- Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fast-paced and target-driven environment with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
