Hands on experience in Travel & Accomodation booking is mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Office Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- **Travel & Accommodation Booking**:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure cost-effective travel solutions and timely itinerary management.
- **Corporate Tie-Ups**:
- Identify and establish partnerships with new corporate entities to promote business growth.
- Manage communication and relationships with existing corporate partners.
- **Visa Processing**:
- Maintain accurate visa records and provide timely updates on visa status.
- **Housekeeping & Security Department**:
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping and security departments.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Implement and monitor security protocols and procedures.
- **Office Hygiene**:
- Maintain and enforce hygiene standards in the office.
- Manage sanitation, cleaning schedules, and supply inventory.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
