- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of product information and support materials to the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize documentation, including contracts, proposals, and other sales-related materials.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Support the sales team in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide necessary support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales and Admin Coordinator or similar role (2 to 4 years).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
