**Job Positon - Admin Executive**

**Qualifications-Qualifications& Education**

**Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Facilities/Admin Management related qualification.**

**Should know Mandatory local language kannada and English,Optional language(Hindi, tamil, telugu) for coordinating**

**with logistics, courier, transportation etc**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- E-mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills etc.
- Should be able to take the work assigned by the reporting manager.
- Should inform on the daily works & send report
- Coordinate with all department on all office equipment and tracking the material delivery etc.
- Organize office operations and procedures. Coordinate with vendor service providers and office needs,
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance,, Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking.
- Provide general support to visitors, managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are

organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems.
- Maintaining and monitoring office stationery and general office supplies.
- Handle vendor inquiries and complaints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
