**About the Role**

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for executing Consumrz’s GTM strategy in Gurugram, acquiring new SMB merchants personally, providing timely market feedback to sales management, and being part of a high-performing sales team.

You will need to develop a deep understanding of our product, explain the product's value to SMB merchants across Gurugram, and be able to engage business owners credibly. This is an opportunity to be part of a startup with a unique value proposition scaling globally.

**What are we looking for?**
- To be part of a new business development team in Gurugram.
- Execute the GTM strategy for Gurugram and acquire new SMB merchants.
- Provide regular market feedback to sales management to drive consistent improvement/innovation.
- Develop a deep understanding of your target market and its requirements.
- Have a solid grasp of our product and its value to SMB merchants & consumers.
- Set SMB merchants up for success by understanding their needs and expectations.

**To be successful, you will need**
- To be a self-starter, a hunter, and have a strong drive for success.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Excellent Management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- To be passionate about being part of an exciting new team that desires to make a meaningful impact across the SMB market in Gurugram.
