**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Representative to grow our client’s B2B sales by marketing Acrylic and MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) based products to a range of shops and commercial entities. The role involves extensive fieldwork, building rapport with shop owners, and successfully positioning our products for sale.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Direct Sales:

- Proactively approach and establish relationships with potential B2B clients, predominantly in the shop segment.
- Present and advocate for both Acrylic and MDF-based products, detailing their unique features and advantages.
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations as required.

2. Relationship Management:

- Foster existing client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Handle post-sales inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

3. Market Intelligence:

- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor products, and emerging customer needs.
- Provide insights to the management team to support product development and sales strategy refinement.

4. Sales Targets & Reporting:

- Consistently strive to reach and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of daily engagements, sales transactions, and associated expenses.
- Regularly submit sales reports and updates to senior management.

5. Training & Product Knowledge:

- Continually update knowledge on both Acrylic and MDF product lines.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops as and when they are organized by the company.

6. Administrative Duties:

- Expedite order processing and coordinate with the internal logistics team to guarantee timely product deliveries.
- Resolve any potential issues related to orders or shipments, ensuring mínimal disruption to the client.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
❖ High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar would be advantageous.
❖ Minimum of 2 years in field sales, especially within a B2B context. Prior exposure to Acrylic and/or MDF product industries is desirable.
❖ Essential to own a bike for transportation.
❖ Must have a valid driver's license.

**Skills & Abilities**:
❖ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
❖ Profound understanding of sales strategies and customer service etiquette.
❖ Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain beneficial business relationships.
❖ An affinity or prior knowledge of Acrylic and MDF products.
❖ Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Compensation**:
★ Sales incentives at 3% for revenue up to 1 lakh Rupees.
★ A reduced 1% incentive applies to sales revenue beyond 1 lakh Rupees.
