Grievance Officer

Qualifications: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in conflict resolution or labour laws is a plus. -Experience: 3+ years of experience in grievance handling, HR operations, or customer relations, with experience in both employee and client-facing roles. -Skills: o Strong understanding of labour laws, employee relations, and customer service principles. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. o Empathy and ability to handle sensitive employee and client issues with discretion. o Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR or CRM software.
Pay: ₹10,170.24 - ₹35,145.93 per month
