Aaditya Enterprises is a factory located in Nigdi Pune, focused on manufacturing organic, preservative-free, authentic, Indian Ready to Cook and Ready to eat products such as Roties, Theplas, Vegetable Cooking Kits, Organic Powder, Dehydrated Vegetables, Dehydrated Powder etc. and more.
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented salesperson. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for our range of products. In addition to base salary, this position offers the added benefit of travel and daily allowance (TA/DA) to support your sales activities.

- Responsibilities:_
- **Achieving Sales Target**:_
Sales Executive is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the defined area / allocated area.
- **Daily Outlet Visits**:_
To observe Shops / HoReCa infra, sales status & presentation of counter etc. Daily 60 Retail Outlet Visit expected
- **Sales Generation - Retail**:_
Grow Sales by personally doing Retailing, range selling & visible placement in General Trade (Kirana Stores etc ) in PCMC. Identify new business opportunities, explore untapped markets, and actively pursue new customers to expand the customer base.
- **Training to counter staff**:_
Provide training to sales team with respect to Sales technique, motivation, customer relations etc.
- **PR with existing client**:_
Sales executive is responsible for selling and maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
- **Franchise operational activity**:_
Material delivery, customer complaint, feedback etc
- **Smooth Operation & grievance handling of client**:_
Sales Manager is responsible for smooth operation of Outlet / Franchisee& their grievance handling.
- **Market Requirement**:_
Sales Manager is responsible for updating market information with respect to business, products etc
- **Planning**:_
Increase route-wise coverage, improve servicing of outlets. Manage the assigned territory by identifying and prioritizing target markets and customers, planning sales visits, and conducting regular market research to stay updated on consumer trends, competitor activities, and product positioning.
- **Reporting**:_
Maintain regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and market analysis.
