Front Office Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and personable **Female Front Office Assistant** to manage our front desk operations efficiently. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment for visitors, maintaining smooth office operations, and supporting various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Management**: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Telephone Handling**: Answer incoming calls professionally, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Manage meeting room bookings, schedule appointments, and coordinate office events as needed.
- **Mail and Courier Management**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain files, records, and ensure data entry accuracy in office databases.
- **Visitor Access**: Manage visitor access, greet and welcome them.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring stock availability for smooth operations.
- **Support to Administration**: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and handling ad-hoc assignments.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate.
- **Experience**: 6 months or 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, basic computer knowledge (MS Office), strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
- **Personality Traits**: Polite, professional, and proactive with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
