What We Are Looking For
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a front office or office assistant role.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Good leadership and training abilities.
7. Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
1. Hiring staff and managing the operations.
2. Tending to customers' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
4. Organize employee training sessions and company events.
5. Maintain employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Responsible for onboarding and relieving process for employees.
7. Prepare HR-related documents such as employment offer letters, termination letters and other administrative documents such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
8. Responsible for the admin activities in the Company for smooth operations.
9. Responsible for invoice and billing for the customers.
