Key Responsibilities:

- Front Office Management:

- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information and assistance.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization's programs and services.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Campus Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the campus to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient campus activities.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office and campus supplies.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and workshops held on campus.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures on campus.
- Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Help in maintaining records and databases accurately.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and petty cash management.
- Student Support:

- Serve as a point of contact for students regarding administrative matters.
- Assist students with enrollment procedures, fee payments, and other related queries.
- Collaborate with academic staff to address student concerns and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless coordination between front office and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any operational issues and improve processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution or service-oriented organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric approach and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with educational administration software is desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
