Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in institutional sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of institutional sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key decision-makers.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
