Sales Executive

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Executive for our digital marketing company, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting our digital marketing services, and meeting sales targets. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our digital marketing services and solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized sales collateral, case studies, and presentations tailored to specific client needs.
- Engage with prospects to understand their marketing objectives, challenges, and budget constraints, and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, and ensure timely response to client queries and requests.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing, is a plus.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
