**Job Title: IT Sales Representative**

**Experience: 3-4 Years**

**Salary: 30k-45k**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Present and demonstrate IT products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and technical staff, to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and competitors' offerings.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-study.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in IT sales, with at least [X] years of experience.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
